Elizabeth Nooyen, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with extensive clinical experience across primary care, dermatology, pediatrics, women’s health, and internal medicine. With more than 3,500 direct patient care encounters, she delivers evidence-based, compassionate care to individuals and families throughout the Phoenix area.

Elizabeth brings a strong foundation in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, reinforced by two years of hands-on experience as a dermatology medical assistant. Her clinical background includes the management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive health services, and common in-office procedures such as biopsies, ED&C, lesion evaluation, and routine screenings.

She is deeply committed to patient education, collaborative care, and empowering patients to understand their health, treatment options, and long-term wellness goals. Harold is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals and families thrive. He specializes in primary care, ADHD management, and medical weight loss. With over a decade in healthcare and a heart for service, Harold blends clinical expertise with compassionate care to support patients on every step of their health journey.

My nursing career began in 2009 after graduating from Rio Salado College with an Associate Degree in Nursing and earning my RN license. I worked as a bedside nurse at Banner Health and Dignity Health before completing my MSN, FNP at Grand Canyon University in 2014. I briefly practiced internal medicine, then joined PFMC in 2016, where I continue to provide care. My focus is patient-centered, emphasizing teamwork and individualized treatment plans. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, gardening, and studying holistic and medical weight loss approaches. I am fluent in Bulgarian, so any Bulgarians are welcome.

Dr. Max Pei-Yuen Huang brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to family medicine, blending his passion for clinical research with dedicated patient care. He believes in a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to healthcare, a philosophy he developed through his extensive training in biochemistry and medical science. Before joining Phoenix Family Medical Clinic in 2023, he cared for over 10,000 patients in both urgent and primary care settings. Dr. Huang is committed to serving patients of all ages and is conversant in Spanish and Taiwanese.

Outside of the clinic, his interests include running, classical music, fishing, and literature.

Dr. Jeanette Cruz is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Josephs Hospital & Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.
