SMS Program Description

By opting in to receive SMS messages from BritePath Medical also known as Whispering Palms Medical LLC. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Message type: conversational messages only
  • Message frequency: 1–2 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Consent is not required to receive medical treatment.

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive [1-2 messages per month]. 

BritePath Medical reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. BritePath Medical and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

Governing Law

These SMS Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from SMS communications shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Entire Agreement

These SMS Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable patient consent forms, constitute the entire agreement regarding SMS communications between you and BritePath Medical.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms periodically.
