Ahmad Zeitoun, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and acute care. He provides comprehensive healthcare services for patients of all ages, with expertise in managing diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Ahmad is skilled in performing joint injections, interpreting diagnostic testing, and developing personalized treatment plans that focus on long-term health and wellness. His clinical background includes primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health, and emergency response nursing.

He is fluent in both English and Arabic, allowing him to serve a diverse patient population throughout Arizona.

Elizabeth Nooyen, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with extensive clinical experience across primary care, dermatology, pediatrics, women’s health, and internal medicine. With more than 3,500 direct patient care encounters, she delivers evidence-based, compassionate care to individuals and families throughout the Phoenix area.

Elizabeth brings a strong foundation in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, reinforced by two years of hands-on experience as a dermatology medical assistant. Her clinical background includes the management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive health services, and common in-office procedures such as biopsies, ED&C, lesion evaluation, and routine screenings.

She is deeply committed to patient education, collaborative care, and empowering patients to understand their health, treatment options, and long-term wellness goals. At BritePath Medical, Elizabeth provides personalized, accessible care with a focus on continuity, clear communication, and compassionate support for every patient she serves.

Nasim Layeghy, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of nursing experience across hospital, home health, and school-based care settings. She delivers patient-centered, evidence-based care with a focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care across diverse populations.

Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and ongoing management of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and asthma. She integrates diagnostic interpretation, medication management, and coordinated follow-up to ensure continuity of care and improved outcomes.

Nasim’s training spans primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, and cardiology, providing a well-rounded clinical perspective. She emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and lifestyle guidance as essential components of long-term wellness. Known for strong interdisciplinary collaboration, she works closely with physicians and care teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University, graduating summa cum laude. Harold is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals and families thrive. He specializes in primary care, ADHD management, and medical weight loss. With over a decade in healthcare and a heart for service, Harold blends clinical expertise with compassionate care to support patients on every step of their health journey.

My nursing career began in 2009 after graduating from Rio Salado College with an Associate Degree in Nursing and earning my RN license. I worked as a bedside nurse at Banner Health and Dignity Health before completing my MSN, FNP at Grand Canyon University in 2014. I briefly practiced internal medicine, then joined PFMC in 2016, where I continue to provide care. My focus is patient-centered, emphasizing teamwork and individualized treatment plans. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, gardening, and studying holistic and medical weight loss approaches. I am fluent in Bulgarian, so any Bulgarians are welcome.

Joseph Ruiz, MSN, RN, FNP-C, NRP is a military veteran, nationally registered paramedic, and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. His career spans emergency medicine, critical care, hospital-based nursing, and primary care, providing him with a broad clinical foundation for treating patients across the lifespan.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Joseph spent years providing advanced life support and emergency medical care in high-pressure environments, managing complex medical emergencies and coordinating patient care in both field and hospital settings. His experience in critical care and acute care nursing further strengthened his expertise in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based treatment.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Joseph provides comprehensive primary and urgent care services, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term health outcomes. He is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care through both in-person and telehealth visits, helping patients achieve their health goals through education, collaboration, and personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Jeanette Cruz is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Josephs Hospital & Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Cruz has extensive experience providing family care in various settings, including community health centers, urgent care facilities, and private practices

Dr. Janette Leal graduated from a combined internal medicine and psychiatry residency program at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She went on to specialize in geriatric Psychiatry at Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. There, she worked in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry with a variety of diagnosis and cared for severely ill patients. While working in a very traditional setting, Dr. Leal developed a passion for integrative and holistic care, for alternative forms of treatment for medical and psychiatrist illnesses. She went on to study Integrative Psychiatry at The Integrative Psychiatry Institute and has a special interest in psychedelic medicine for the treatment of mental illness. She is now working in telepsychiatry to be able to reach more people, who need care tailored to their needs and symptoms.
